DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCTDec 12, 2006
I recently purchased two Beatrice 5 drawer chests for my children. I just want to say that whoever packages the furniture needs to be fired. Both chests were sent to me with missing drawer backs and sides as well as broken pieces that looks as if they were broke before being placed into the box. I am very displeased with Storkcraft about this and don't think that I will ever again purchase another Storkcraft product for my children, neither will I recommend your products to friends. This has been really frustrating for me. And then when I ordered the replacement parts, I was told that it will take at least two weeks before I will get the parts. How ridiculous! Being that it is Storkcraft's fault that these parts are missing, I think that the company should express ship the parts overnight. To know that both chests were sent to me like that tells me that this is something that is "of the norm" for Storkcraft, which is very unprofessional. Once again, I am very disappointed.
The only reason this item gets a star is because amazon requires that you give a product at least one star. If it were up to me, it will get -5 stars...
